Get Fast Pain Relief Now All You Have To Lose is Your Pain.

Back pain is the second most common complaint of the people the United States when they see their medical doctors. The only other condition complained of more than back pain is headaches. Approximately 80% of all Americans will complained of back pain at some point in time in their lives. Many will try home remedies and over-the-counter medications to relieve their pain. Such remedies include warm bath soaks with Epson salt, moist heat and also stretching exercises. Others will take the it will go away approach and do nothing and hope that they’re back pain goes away on its own. Luckily, back pain sometimes does go away on its own, after two or three days.

However, in the majority of cases of back pain usually does not go away on its own. In fact, it is recommended that if you suffer from back pain for more than three days, you should seek medical care. The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases also recommends that you should see your doctor if you suffer from back pain for more than three days.

Most back pain sufferers will be referred by their doctors to receive chiropractic therapy and/or physical therapy. Either way, the primary goal of the chiropractor or therapist is to relieve your pain or work with you until your pain is tolerable. Therapies will usually consist of manual procedures, including massage and trigger point therapy, manual traction, therapeutic exercise, electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound and other therapeutic modalities that are designed to relieve your pain and get you back to normal daily activities as quickly as possible.

These procedures, work for approximately 80% of back pain sufferers who go for therapy. The other 20% of back pain sufferers who do not get back pain relief from these normal therapeutic procedures usually suffer from disc herniations and/or spinal stenosis. The usual therapy recommendations for cervical spine disc herniations and lumbar spine disc herniations consist of the therapies mentioned above. But when these therapies fail to relieve the pain from the cervical spine disc herniations and lumbar spine disc herniations; injection therapy would then be recommended. However, the injection therapy is not guaranteed to relieve your pain from the cervical spine disc herniations and lumbar spine disc herniations. And more often than not, even if the injection therapy succeeds in relieving your pain from the cervical spine disc herniations and lumbar spine disc herniations no one really knows how long the pain relief will the last. Because the injection therapy does not cure your lumbar spine disc herniation or cervical spine disc herniation.

Luckily, for those who suffer from the cervical spine disc herniation pain and lumbar spine disc herniation pain, there is now spinal decompression – traction therapy.
